Pediatric cancer patients were in for a sweet surprise at MD Anderson’s Children’s Cancer Hospital.

On Wednesday, the children had special visitors, superheroes Spider-Man and Iron Man, greet them from their room window.

The children also received a visit from Santa, an elf, and a reindeer and were given gifts from Santa’s sleigh.

According to a press release from The Children’s Cancer Hospital, the visit was planned in an effort to bring joy to patients and their families during the holidays.
