AUGUSTA, Ga. – Augusta Regional Airport announces its fourth annual Meet a Machine event benefitting Children’s Hospital of Georgia.

The event, scheduled for September 16, 9:00am-1:00pm at hangar one, provides an opportunity for children and adults to “see, touch, and learn” about emergency response vehicles, aircraft equipment, construction equipment, and airplanes.

“We are excited to, once again, be of service and at the forefront of such a tremendous event,” said Herbert L. Judon, Jr., Airport Executive Director. “This array of different types of ground and aerial vehicles is always fascinating to experience. Meet-a-Machine has become one of the Airport’s signature events and we proudly stand by, and fight alongside, all those impacted by Pediatric Cancers.”

Admission to the event is $5 for adults. Children are admitted free of charge.
