Celebrities, royals, and generous donors from around the world gathered in Aspen over the weekend, but not just to hit the slopes: they were also in town for the 2nd Annual Aspen Snow Ball Gala.

Held at the St. Regis Aspen Resort, the lavish event—which was put together by the Children’s Oncology Support Fund (COSF), an organization founded by film producer and philanthropist Thomas Pierce, and sponsored by Balmain—brought in $2.7 million for the fight against pediatric cancer, with proceeds benefiting the Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders (CCBD) at Children’s Hospital Colorado.

Media personality and cancer survivor Giuliana Rancic was on hand to host the “Through the Looking Glass”-themed function, as fashion designer and COSF Ambassador Rachel Zoe was honored with the Philanthropic Impact Award and Aspen local Tom Lewis with the Community Leadership Award. Other attendees included Princess Sophie-Alexandra of Bavaria, also a COSF Ambassador, Duchess Elizabeth in Bavaria, Snowlodge’s Jayma Cardoso, and St. Regis Aspen owners Stephane and Sabrina de Baets.
